YRemote Terms Of Use

YRemote is willing to grant to you, as the individual, company, or other legal entity that will use the YRemote software platform (collectively, “you” or “your”), the right to access and use the YRemote software platform only on the condition that you accept all terms of this YRemote software trial agreement (“agreement”). The “effective date” of this agreement is the date YRemote first gives you access to the software platform. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of the terms of this agreement by accessing or using the software platform. 

1: Scope of Services

1.1. YRemote.com will provide virtual assistant services as agreed upon with the Client. The specific details and scope of the services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.

1.2. YRemote.com will assign skilled and qualified virtual assistants to perform the agreed-upon services. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or replace the assigned virtual assistants if necessary, provided that it does not affect the quality and continuity of the services. 

2: Client Responsibilities

2.1. The Client shall cooperate with the Service Provider and provide all necessary information, materials, and access required to perform the services effectively.

2.2. The Client shall provide clear instructions and communicate any changes or updates promptly to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks.

2.3. The Client is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of the information, data, and materials provided to the Service Provider for the performance of the services.

3: Confidentiality and Data Protection

3.1. YRemote.com acknowledges that it may have access to confidential and sensitive information of the Client. The Service Provider agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information and to use it solely for the purposes of providing the agreed-upon services. 

3.2. YRemote.com shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the Client’s data. However, the Service Provider cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission or storage.

3.3. YRemote.com shall comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding the collection, use, and storage of personal data. 

4: Payment

4.1. The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the virtual assistant services in accordance with the payment terms specified in the service agreement or statement of work. 

4.2. Invoices shall be issued by the Service Provider and sent to the Client for payment. Payment is due within the specified timeframe unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.3. In the event of late payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services until payment is received in full.

5: Term and Termination

5.1. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date specified in the service agreement or statement of work and shall continue until the completion of the services, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

5.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any provision of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable period.

5.3. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

6: Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service Provider’s liability for any claims arising out of or related to the virtual assistant services provided under this Agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to the Service Provider for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

6.2. In no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

7: Entire Agreement

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Client and the Service Provider regarding the virtual assistant services and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

7.2. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
